Our First Supper Club – With Head Chef Ali

This autumn we’re launching a brand-new monthly Supper Club at Evuna Knutsford, celebrating the people, cultures and flavours behind our kitchen.

We have a wonderfully diverse team from all over the world, and through our Supper Club series we want to introduce you to them through the food they know and love — sharing specialities, flavours and dishes inspired by their hometowns and heritage.

Each Supper Club features a specially created tasting menu with wine included, taking you somewhere different every month.

First Supper Club — Meet Ali

We begin with our Head Chef, Ali, who is originally from Pakistan but grew up in Aragon in Northern Spain. For his Supper Club, Ali brings together the flavours of his Pakistani heritage with his deep love of Spanish cooking — a unique Spanish-Asian fusion tapas menu created especially for the evening.
