About Knutsford Music Festival

4th – 7th June 2026

Knutsford Music Festival was launched in 2017 as a community music festival led by Knutsford Town Council.

It brings together venues across Knutsford to create a weekend of musical events covering a range of genres, typically across three days.

Every year we put together a programme of musical events, including a free outdoor stage in the park and the ever popular Folk at the Theatre in partnership with BBC’s Mark Radcliffe. The programme is completed with an array of pop-up performances across venues in the town centre.

The Knutsford Music Festival is back for its 9th year. With an exciting line-up of new acts, the festival promises to deliver an unforgettable experience for music lovers of all kinds. Knutsford will once again transform into a vibrant hub for live music, offering a mix of genres, from folk and country to pop and latino, all set against the picturesque backdrop of the town’s beautiful venues.

The 'Fringe Festival'

Local Knutsford businesses will be holding a range of free fringe events throughout the weekend, offering even more chances to experience live music in the heart of the community.
