New Year Yoga, Brunch & Nature Walk

Start your new year with a nourishing winter morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with nature’s stillness.

What’s Included

🧘‍♀️ Gentle Yoga Flow
Ease into your Sunday with a grounding yoga practice to awaken your body and calm your mind. This slow, mindful flow is suitable for all levels and will help you release any lingering tension from the festive season while inviting balance and clarity for the year ahead.

🥣 Wholesome Winter Brunch
After yoga, we’ll gather for a comforting, nutritious brunch. Enjoy warming dishes made with love, a hot coffee or tea in hand and heartfelt conversation with like-minded souls.

🌿 Nature Walk with Wild Deer
We’ll complete our morning with a mindful walk through the frosted landscapes of Tatton Park, where you’ll have the chance to spot herds of wild deer. Breathe in the crisp winter air, connect with the beauty around you and let nature remind you of the quiet power of renewal.

Instructions

There will be a pre-order form to order your brunch before hand that I will send closer to the date via email. Drinks will be ordered on arrival when you register and sign in.

What you will need to bring with you:
-Water bottle
-Yoga mat (I don’t have any spare yoga mats sorry!)

Parking
Park in Princess Street car park FREE on Sundays and we will drop off our yoga mats to our cars before we walk from there (5 minutes) to Tatton park

When you arrive
We will be upstairs for the yoga and brunch, the staff will point you in the right direction.
