Rioja Rocks comes to Knutsford. Join Roberto Ijalba, arriving from Rioja Alta, and our own Irene for an evening tasting through the wines of Bodegas Santalba — a small family winery we’ve worked with for nearly twenty years.

The Wine Flight: Naveran Cava on arrival, followed by a guided tasting of five Santalba wines:

Whites & Rosé: Santalba Rosé and Abando Blanco, a Viura fermented in American oak.
Reds: Que Vida Garnacha — organic, unfiltered and made with nothing added — Abando Vendimia Seleccionada, produced only in the strongest vintages, and Ogga, Roberto’s flagship, from organic vines over ninety years old.
Expert hosts: Roberto Ijalba (Santalba) and Irene (Evuna).

Each wine is matched with a dish from the Evuna kitchen.

All wines available to buy on the night at take-away prices, with an extra 10% off for guests.
