9D breathwork is an immersive experience that incorporates 9 dimensions of experience, carefully layered to penetrate different levels of consciousness and mind-body connection.
A somatic experience, it combines guided breathwork with multi-dimensional techniques such as binaural beats, Solfeggio frequencies, subliminal programming, guided hypnotherapy, shamanic elements, neuro linguistic anchoring, 3D spatial sound via headphones and somatic cueing.

Combining breathwork practices with cutting-edge tech, as you breathe, your brainwaves shift to alpha and theta – releasing physical and emotional tension, leaving you feeling like a weight is lifted, and giving you a sense of clarity and insight.
Since experiencing a 9D breathwork session and being blown away by the results, Morven has trained to become a facilitator, and is so excited to share her knowledge. She says, “A big part of the experience is the breathwork, so we will spend some time before the journey practicing techniques to ensure you have the best experience possible, offering intense emotional catharsis. Parts of the journey include a recording of a Shamanic Sweat Lodge ceremony, chanting to call upon spirits and natural forces.
