Join MasterChef SemiFinalist Frankie Dunn for a culinary tour around Spain!

Frankie will be serving up a delicious 7 course tasting menu inspired by her travels around southern Spain with her family.

On the night you can choose to add a wine pairing flight to your experience, expertly chosen by local wine merchants. Alternatively, the bar will be available as usual.

Proposed Menu:

• Homemade with anchovy butter
• Caramelised onion tortilla with black garlic aioli
• Mussel escabeche with pickle crisps and salsa verde
• Salmorejo with crispy serrano ham
• Rabbit “paella”
• Manchego and truffle
• Dark chocolate basque cheesecake
