COMMUNITY | Armed Forces Day
Date: 27th June 2026
Venue: The Moor and Scout Hut, Knutsford
Time: 12 noon – 5pm
The Knutsford Branch of the Royal British Legion is holding an event to celebrate and recognise Armed Forces Day and to raise money for the Poppy Appeal. The event will be on The Moor and also at the adjacent Scout Hut. There will be a BBQ and gazebos from various organisations, e.g. Air Cadets, Army Cadets, Scouts, Royal British Legion etc.
There will also be games (think church fête!) and prizes! Hopefully we will also have a band playing.
This is the first time in many years Knutsford is holding an event to recognise and celebrate Armed Forces Day. Please come and show your support.
The event will run from 12 noon until 5pm.
