Pride Knutsford – Shake the Dust with Satya Sanctuary

To celebrate Knutsford Pride, Satya is hosting a very special Shake The Dust session with Charlotte Ingram and every single penny from the class will be donated to The Proud Trust.

Shake The Dust isn’t about getting the choreography right or looking a certain way. It’s about moving freely, expressing yourself without judgement and taking up space exactly as you are. Celebrate individuality and connect through movement, music and community.

Shake is a class for everyone. Come as you are. Move how you feel, celebrate yourself and support an amazing cause while you’re at it.

If you can’t join Satya in the studio, you can join them live online via Zoom instead. Love should be spread far and wide and show that community has no boundaries. Satya Sanctuary, believes wellbeing should be inclusive, welcoming and accessible to everyone.
