Fee Includes refreshments, acupressure massage whilst you relax and a gift: £30
🧘♀️ Yoga suitable for all levels including beginners. Equipment provided, bring a mat & a cosy blanket. and a journal if you wish.

Louise Pena group class fitness trainer, who will offer a 30-min floor-based core awareness practice, accessible to all, aiming to ignite your inner fire for a vibrant start to 2026
