DESCRIPTION:Time: 6.00pm to 8.30pm (doors open at 5.55pm)\nCost: £70 per person\, all materials are included and the workshop includes drinks and sweet treats\nDuration: 2 1/2 hours\nWhat you can expect from the workshop: Shannon will be teaching and guiding you in the use of graphite pencils to create depth\, definition and detail***\nAge group: All ages\nParking: Parking is free at the park\, we have plenty of spaces in front of the main park building. \nThe ‘Sketch and Soar – Birds of Prey Art Workshop’ will be a relaxed and creative evening of sketching\, featuring Gibson\, our beautiful barn owl and Chip and Dale\, our adorable little owls. Guests will have the chance to observe and sketch the birds up close in a calm and inspiring setting. \nYou will be guided by Lancashire pet portrait and wildlife artist Shannon Mullin\, learning the fundamentals of drawing animals from scratch using graphite pencils. Shannon will share her personal processes\, tips and tricks to capture the beauty and character of these gorgeous birds on paper – whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned sketcher. \nShannon writes…\nGet ready for an unforgettable evening of art\, owls and inspiration as you’re invited to pick up a pencil and learn the art of drawing wildlife – surrounded by real\, free-flying barn owls and little owls! \nAll the while\, barn owls and little owls from the sanctuary will be swooping and wandering around the room\, immersing you in truly magical\, up-close encounter as your subjects! \nExpect cakes\, hot chocolate and mulled wine and an evening of creativity\, inspiration and feathered-fun\, with the perfect blend of artistic learning. \nMaterials will be provided for you and no past experience is necessary\, just bring your curiosity and love for wildlife. \nYou will receive a confirmation of your order by email after your purchase. Order is valid for the date of the event only. \nPLEASE NOTE: \n\nUnder 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.\nOrders are non-refundable.**\nOrders can be transferred to another person.\nThe cost for the evening is £70.00 per person\, and there is a minimum of 12 participants required for the session to go ahead.
