SUMMARY:WELLBEING | 9D Breathwork
DESCRIPTION:9D breathwork is an immersive experience that incorporates 9 dimensions of experience\, carefully layered to penetrate different levels of consciousness and mind-body connection. \nA somatic experience\, it combines guided breathwork with multi-dimensional techniques such as binaural beats\, Solfeggio frequencies\, subliminal programming\, guided hypnotherapy\, shamanic elements\, neuro linguistic anchoring\, 3D spatial sound via headphones and somatic cueing. \nHow does it feel? \n9D breathwork goes beyond traditional breathwork practices\, and harnesses the benefits on a deeper level\, connecting you to your physical and emotional wellbeing. Combining breathwork practices with cutting-edge tech\, as you breathe\, your brainwaves shift to alpha and theta – releasing physical and emotional tension\, leaving you feeling like a weight is lifted\, and giving you a sense of clarity and insight. \nSince experiencing a 9D breathwork session and being blown away by the results\, Morven has trained to become a facilitator\, and is so excited to share her knowledge. She says\, “A big part of the experience is the breathwork\, so we will spend some time before the journey practicing techniques to ensure you have the best experience possible\, offering intense emotional catharsis. Parts of the journey include a recording of a Shamanic Sweat Lodge ceremony\, chanting to call upon spirits and natural forces. \nWe spend time setting our intentions before we start\, as the stronger we feel towards it\, the more powerful it is! \nPlease note: For this workshop\, there are contraindications for epilepsy and pregnancy.

SUMMARY:HISTORY | Catherine Warr\, Mark Beltane\, and Duncan Parsons At Knutsford Little Theatre

SUMMARY:COMMUNITY | Dexters "Help For Heroes" Charity Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Here at Dexter’s we work closely with some fantastic local charities as we know just how far that little bit can go. But then there are always those bigger\, national causes that forever will mean so much to us….and right at up there at the front of that list is anything we can do to support our Armed Forces. \nEvery single one of us owes this incredible group of men and women so much. Throughout our history it is their sacrifice that has enabled us each to have the lives we lead\, and in this turbulent time when Bears and Pandas are shifting the board around\, it is such an honour to know that we have the best there is on our side. \nSo we have been looking for a long time to find the perfect way we could show our appreciation\, and also support them as best we can. It turns out that one of our lovely regulars\, Matthew Flood and his company Vestey are THE principle manufacturer of Army Rations that keep our troops on the move…. \nNow this isn’t the porridge and tinned beans you might expect…these are balanced and nutritious meals that actually taste AMAZING…and what’s more…there’s no washing up\, and the theatre of is it is amazing! Thanks to the wonders of chemistry you can cook these yourself using nothing but a little tablet and a bit of water! \nWith some pretty damn amazing generosity Matt has donated a load of these 3 course meals…why you might ask? Because we are doing a fundraising Dinner all in aid of Help For Heroes! \nHosted at the newly developed Knutsford Market Hall\, on Saturday November 8th we are holding a dinner where can get to live like a soldier\, dine like a marine\, and party like a pilot! \nEach of you will receive a 3 course meal that you can prepare yourself at the table\, eat with the obligatory SPORK\, as well as drink like a sailor as we will be hosting a bar at the event too….the menus themselves will be YOURS TO CHOOSE FROM (accommodating for vegetarians too) with some amazing comfort food dishes like from curry to casserole\, pasta to pilaf\, stews to stroganoffs…and each accompanied with some tantalising appetisers\, and rib tickling desserts. \nAll the money from your ticket will be going straight to Help For Heroes\, who do amazing work in supporting serving military\, as well as veterans in their times of need. \nTickets are limited to how many we can physically fit in…so be quick…this one will not last and will always mean a lot… \nHeld on Saturday November 8th from 7pm…one sitting\, one chance\, every bit of thanks!

SUMMARY:COMMUNITY | Knutsford Pumpkin Path
DESCRIPTION:Knutsford Pumpkin Path is an annual Halloween themed trail event held in Knutsford Town Centre at Halloween. The event was initially organised by a group of residents alongside its ‘sister’ event Knutsford Bunny Hop. The Pumpkin Path was handed over to the Town Council in 2017 who have organised the event since. \nFamilies can find the pumpkins hidden around the town centre in shop windows\, each of which has a letter carved into it. You note down the letter on your entry forms and completed entry forms can then be posted into dedicated post boxes to enter a prize draw! \nThis event is traditionally held on Halloween evening between 4-7pm with roads closed on King Street and Minshull Street\, and the event taking place across King Street\, Minshull Street\, Regent Street and Wallwood with fun at games at the Market Hall on Silk Mill Street and some involvement from businesses on Princess Street and Canute Place. \nAs well as the trail families can enjoy lots of extra entertainment on the night including singing and dance performances\, spooky characters available for photo opportunities\, Halloween themed window displays\, competitions and other activities. Feel free to dress up too if you’d like – there might even be prizes for this on the day! \nPlenty of our amazing local businesses take part during the event so look out for their ‘Pumpkin Path’ posters in their windows for special promotions and giveaways!

SUMMARY:TOUR | The Haunted Table
DESCRIPTION:Knutsford is serving up a new kind of fright! Knutsford Ghost Walks and Taste Knutsford have joined forces to launch the Haunted Table\, a unique “ghost and grub” walking tour. \nThis new experience combines a spooky stroll through Knutsford’s historic streets with delicious food and drink stops. The tour will feature three culinary highlights: Morgan Edwards Fine Wines and Spirits\, Evuna\, and the Rose and Crown. Not only are these venues known for their great food\, but they are also historic buildings with their own tales of the supernatural. \n“We are delighted to be working with Taste Knutsford\,” said George Williams\, who runs Knutsford Ghost Walks. “Our ghost walks are all about exploring the town’s narrow passages and hearing stories of ghostly sightings. To be able to combine this with fantastic food and drink is a great way to spend an evening. The three venues we chose are perfect—they offer superb food and also have some spooky stories of their own!” \nSandra Curties\, Knutsford’s Town Centre Manager\, added\, “Taste Knutsford has been incredibly popular since we launched it in 2018. We’ve loved what George has done with his ghost walks\, and bringing the two together was a natural next step. This tour is a great way for people to enjoy wonderful food and drink\, learn about Knutsford’s spooky history\, and maybe even have a ghostly experience of their own!” \nThe first Haunted Table tour is scheduled for Wednesday\, October 22nd\, at 6:00 PM. Tickets are £45.00 per person\, which includes food\, drink\, and the guided tour. The experience will last approximately three hours\, and tour groups are limited to just 12 people to ensure an intimate and memorable experience. \n  \nYou can book your spot on this unique tour by visiting www.tasteknutsford.co.uk. If the first tour is a success\, additional dates will be added.
