DESCRIPTION:Save the date! Our second health and wellness week returns in 2025. \nThis week long event will focus on mind\, body and soul. It will bring together a team of experts ready to see you through the most cruellest of months and start 2025 in a better frame of mind. Content for the week is currently being finalised but will focus on mental health\, coaching\, yoga\, Pilates\, meditation\, hearing\, nutrition\, and physio to name a few. New for this year will be panel discussions where you can quiz the experts. Some events will carry a small cost some will be free of charge. There will be something for male and females and every age group. \nSaturday 18th January will be our ‘refresh day’. A chance for you to find out about the community and volunteer groups in Knutsford. Whether you are looking at taking up French\, want to volunteer with Knutsford in Bloom\, there is something for everyone. \nWe will be publishing the full schedule just before Christmas. Just keep following our social media\, and pick up a leaflet in the town centre. \n  \n
